We have a lot of zombie games already and Dead Light is exactly the same game which will be available at launch for the PS4. But this is a game that doesn't have an equivalent on other systems.
Dark Souls 2 for example will not release on the next gen consoles as far as we know at the moment (it probably will, but the team is quite small, so it'll take a year at the least)
All in all this is the better deal i can't wait to see more of it. Here's hoping we get to see more 10 days from now on the TGS.

Sony already has the Last of Us. They dropped the mic on all the zombie games on the market. The only other Zombie game that I find to be relevant is L4D and that wont even be exclusive to the Xbox if the third one comes out.
