for example you can have the PS4 at your main TV and the Vita Tv on a TV in a different room and stream over the PS4 game you want to play

But surely you have to already have a Vita for this to work, right? So with this and the Vita, you wouldn't be far off just getting another PS4 and enjoying all the features. 

no, the VitaTV itself is a fully functioning PS Vita

Hmm, fair enough. It'll kill Vita sales moreso than they are now, ofcourse, but it seems pretty snazzy. 

I could leave the PS4 at home, take this to Uni and be well away! If it remains at £100 ofcourse.
