That is going for worst case scenario for 3DS and best case scenario for PS4.  I'm sure you know that it wont work out like that.  7m is on the absolute low side for 2 1/2 months (the BIGGEST 2 1/2 mind you).  5m is pretty much maxed out for PS4 realm of possibilities (high end of margin of error).  
It is more likely the 3DS will do 8m will Nov and Dec alone.  Then probably an extra 1-2m for Oct from 2DS launch.  Let's go with the high end.  10m, and let's say the 2DS is a moderate success.  So let's go with 4m.  I would say it's reasonable to say that there's a 30%-40% chance of this happening, and the PS4 doing 3-5m seems to be reasonable, so there is a good window for the 2DS here to outsell the PS4 this year.  Like I have been saying, the variables are too many for me to actually want to put my money anywhere.
