Why do Xbox 360 games sell so much better than PS3 world-wide?

A ton of people who own a PS3 are no gamers at all they just use it for bluray playback. Its mostly PHAT consoles tho    from back in the day when the PS3 was the cheapest bluray player.

I know like 10 people who have just 1 or 2 games and use the system for movies.
