He was the creative director at People can Fly, which is owned by Epic.  People Can Fly made Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment among others.  

Did he work on those titles?

And who are the devs he is talking to?

I am guessing that he isn't working on anything since he is making such a statement.  If he was the creative director at People can fly, what is he doing now.
