why not say  “there’s no way” we are giving up  even 5% or for that matter no % what so ever a graphical advantage at all for over the xboxone at all in favor of the PS4?

You are missing the context of where this comment was stated.  it was stated in Neograf and the MS guy Albert was disproving the threads that states the X1 is 30 to 50% less powerfull than the PS4.  Context is king in understanding why something is stated that way people do not take a comment out of context and come to the wrong decision.
