I dont read books very most but my friend gave me his Mass Effect book. Is that book worth reading?

I do love Mass Effect, but reading videogame books is a waste of your time. There are tons of great Sci-Fi books like the Troy Rising saga, the enders game etc. 

Ok thanks. I like Sci-Fi any book simular to the movie Moon. 

If you like the movie for the mystery, the main character's quest to find out about his purpose then I can recommend Hull Zero Three from Greg Bear, and Destiny's road by Larry Niven.

I liked it for its satiety/simplicity in its very lax approach to the movies mysterise yet very hard hitting and emotional affect to its characters. but Hull Zero dose looks very interesting and trilling.
