"How in the world do you plan to pay people? Being indie means being poor 90% of the time. Good luck though."

Like I said, money won't be a problem. I have that chance, and my future partners could be sure that making game in my studio won't mean being poor.

But if you're curious, I'll give you one small piece of advice : If you're project is viable, and smell money/success, you'll get money VERY easily. I already presented my serious project and it's already been aprouved. That's part of the answer.

I don't know what your game is, but if you're talented, I need you. Forget your game if you do not think it will be big, and let's work with me instead.

We will work on one small project first for three weeks/one month, in order to test ourself and make our team work go the right way. Once it's done, we'll put our hands on a way much bigger project.

I forget to say that I also need one artist. I can do the things myself, but I need someone else since I'm also doing a lot of side things.

I need very talented people guys, and we will begin to work in three weeks.

And NO, people will not need to relocate. There's no need for that, you can work at your home, manage your own work if you want. All I need is the job done.

So you've already got a big publisher lined up that's paying in advance, just for an idea?

I'm of course intrigued to find out what this amazing game idea of yours is, so if you're serious can you fill me in? I'm not planning to just leave my project, but I could be persuaded.
