I don't know it's around 80m right now.  I could see it getting another 20 over the next few years especially considering it's still at $200 (even for 12gb).  I'm sure it'll have a good holiday with GT6 and $150 BF bundles.  Especially considering PS4 has no backwards compatibility.  I mean honestly I don't have a huge amount of faith in cloud based backwards compatibility.

Playstation Platforms always live very long. Just look at dat PSP! I say the PS3 will reach 100m pretty easy and it could very well be the top dog of gen 7 when all is said and done. That would be three top consoles in a row for Sony, would be quite a accomplishment

triple crown!  The first ever in console history if it were to happen I believe.  Nintendo did 2 straight with SNES and NES but N64 broke the streak.  I'm confident Playstation will return to the top with PS4 so PS3 being on top would be icing on the cake.  I'm definitely picking up a WiiU next year and the first party is looking to be awesome by then.  PS4 at launch as well.  Can't wait to get 8th gen started in just 69 days!
