Sure this is the worse article ever made about the issue. You´re right.
There´s so much discrepancy and distorted ideas about everything the states that it´s just really hard where to start adressing all his wrong points. Seems that the author doesn´t know much about the videogame market and actual Nintendo financial situation and wrote that on things that he "just heard about somewhere"
I just can think that this article was written under a (probably well paid) lobby request.
