Choosing The Goonies II over Metal Gear is a decision that I look back upon with great regret. If only my love for the film hadn't clouded my judgement (also, I had never before heard of this silly Metal Gear business). The mistake was rectified many years later thanks to MGS3: Subsistence, but all the searing pain and wretched discontent that enveloped the interim can never be forgotten.
