Isn't that low? Seven years in the market and you only have 15%? I know 15% is very big ($45b), but you have to aim for higher number.

Not surprised.. The mobile market is highly competitive.. To have the luck like apple with the iphone and samsung with the galaxy and capture the eye of the consumer at first glance is really difficult to do.. HTC one, Sony Xperia Z and more try to make a phone those 2 did but fail in capturing the eye of the consumer..

And MS will have a hard time competing against the chinese manufactors Huwae and ZTE.. They make damn nice phones at a low price

25% would be a good goal. 

~50% Android

~25% IOS

~25% Windows Phone

Still, they should aim higher.
