Personally yes I think it's time for it to end, I think the last few series have been a bit hit and miss compared to to 10 years ago.
Having said that, I will/would probably still continue watching each new episode of any future series. I don't think it is quite at the point of something like Friends/BBT/Simpsons which are now a kind of "comfort TV" in that I am not particularly interested in them, but will generally put them on when I am more focussed on something else, like at mealtimes or when doing housework.
South Park... well I have watched a few of the earlier series, and I imagine I would find enough to laugh at if I watched more recent episodes, but it was never that special to me (wow there are 16 series of it, didn't realise there were so many)
