With normal earphones/speakers ?
Audioquality suffers in them so much versus those 1k and up costing ones.
With those speakers i can understand but not with normal speakers.

I take that these people were not audiophiles.
(Couldn't find any recent test ,from reputable sites, with mp3 vs cd-da tests)
The difference between HD and SD is more obvious than Mp3 at 320kbs vs Cd-audio. (Given that screen is big enough :p )
Nothing's cheaper than something free.
F1 vs FOTA, when too much power is in couple peoples hands.
