It's hard to evaluate as a game, but it's a cool experience. I bought it at €25 and thought it was worth it. I haven't completed it, but for 5 Euros it's a bargain to get such an original experience for a few hours (and if you would happen to become engulfed by it, it will be tons of hours).
And yes, it feels perfectly natural to play with a regular controller.
