the glitches in this game are terrible, combine that with a dodgy camera and you have one hell of a mess!!!

lets see what the final product is before we pass judgement

Well, we should wait to see the final product before we pass FINAL judgement.

Until then, the perception and anticipation of the game is based on what they show to the press and at events and in demos and betas, and as of now pretty much all the press agrees:  In its current form it's just plain bad or at least greatly disappointing. I know we should wait, but that's pretty universally disliked.  I mean, I WANT to like it, because I WANt a reason to get an Xbox One (eventually), but right now, I'm really not seeing anything.

I fear that, given the history of the series, Dead Rising won't be anything special, either.  probably fun in short bursts, but probably just as glitchy.  As of now, the only game that truly excited me on the Xbox One is Titan Fall..., but I don't really want to have to pay a monthly fee to enjoy it (as it's online only and I can only afford one premium service, and that's the cheaper, better deal in PS+), and 2 - if I really want to, I have a decent gaming PC and can get it there. I don't care about Halo, Racing games really aren't my thing (not getting Gran Turismo or Drive Club either), and the one game that I do expect to be fun is Sunset Overdrive, but even that has a big caveat of an asterisk in that it almost certainly is going to be treated like an MMO where online is a steady requirement.

Ah well, maybe this'll make Microsoft really go into high gear to ensure that the future of the console is great, much like what sony did with the PS3 despite its laughable start.  If Ryse is any indication, right now there's no reason to look forward to the Xbone.
