No it's not

I'm not even considering Wii U, and Xbone is also a moderate chance of happening. I think that when you have PS4/XB1/PC having multiple platforms is  bit overrated, they will share like 85-90% of the software with full 3rd party support. This gen I only had a PS3 and even though I wasn't an early adopter, so it may differ a bit this time since I'm getting the PS4 day 1, I have a big backlog and only too little time to play the games, also I'm a PS+ subscriber for several months and the backlog is only growing bigger.

Of course there is a slim chance that the competition will show an exclusive that will absolutely blow me away and I will need to have it, and the chance for that is bigger on the Xbone.
