It is a Xbox One Exclusive, so many people (mostly gafers) will hate it and make fun of it for any given reason.

The game does look beautful, the light, the shadows, the animation (when not gliching), they are all nextgen-like.

It just piss me off how gamers are prejudiced with games and developers, for better or worst. People assumed tLoU would be a GOTY the first time the game was anounced, and for months when ND never showed any real game play. Hell, the not-so-special MP was shown weeks before the release.

Ryse could be a disaster, but why so much neat-peaking for any aspect of the game?

It's sad the no win situation for Cryteck. If they not show the game people will assume the game is bad and broken. If they show a alfa-beta gameplay people will point out any glitch and performance issue.

It's sad.

?? Halo, Gears always get major hype and great reviews... It being an MS exclusive has ZERO to do with it, if anything that means it will get more attention then it deserves, as it surely does not look like a good arguemnt for MS so called Strong launch games.

KZ MP was already shown 3 months before it was released (Great reviews so far), that is normal practice.

I was talking about the Last of Us MP. This game is great, I'm not denying it.

And about exclusivitie, the 360 situation is not the same as the One situation. The wave of hating toward MS and Xbox has been growing for the last 2 or 3 years (the inception of Kinect) and now has reached a point where any thing MS show is recepted with a sneering crowd.

"Look at Titanfall" you might say. Well, what I see is people talking "I will get it on PC" or "I will wait for it to came to PS4".

Being prejudiced about games developers is logical. Naughty Dog employ talented people who make fantastic games, Crytek employ people who make good looking games. I don't know much about Crytek (I have Crysis 1 & 2 as tech demos) or the development of this game in particular, but it makes sense to assume that a consistently good developer is going to make a good game
