Both parts of your sentence don't make sense: I think no one blamed you for the missing western release of Ni No Kuni DS and the DS version actually would have had a very high chance to have matched or even topped the worldwide sales of the PS3 version if it had been localized (DS: 540k Japan only vs. PS3: 860k worldwide).
