Either way, I just remember RE4 being a promised GC exclusive and then ending up on PS2/PC. I think it's sad the dev sold their soul to Nintendo. The fans of the original game are PS3/360 owners, most probably don't even own a Wii U or plan to in the near future. Makes absolutely no sense.

The game was in the trash can they brought it to various publishers but none wanted to do it until they went to Nintendo. Put simple Nintendo is funding the game and is the publisher, they have complete control over if the game were to ever go multiplat. The devs didn't sell their soul they choosed making the game just on what Nintendo choose rather then it never coming to life.
