wii u is getting many third party multis and exclusives. no third party support = lie
wii u let's you buy and play games online, use miiverse and etc... and it's free. outdated online infrastructure = lie
wii u has the same resources the ps4 and Xone has. outdated architeture = lie
wii u's gamepad should barely increase the console price by $50 and it's a great plus. most devs are utilizing it even a little, you must have meant that most MAY not use it to the fullest. over priced gamepad that most developers will never utlilize = lie

Wii-u does not have NEAr the same resources, that is WELL documented - it has all modern features like DX11 equivalent and shader model. the only difference is raw power.
