The only thing you give up is a tablet controller which can be had with a better experience using the Vita (Even a longer battery life) and Free Online (If you can even count the Wii U as having online games). and the vita + ps4 should never be considered a ps4 feature because that's just an acessory feature, and a really expensive one.
I know you like ps4 but there's no need to distort things this much.
