3ds doing great after strugling doesn't mean wii u will be the exact same thing. However it serves as an example to shut up doom and gloom sayers.

anyway, their situation is indeed quite similar.

yeah, I like to use the 3DS as a way to remind people that the WiiU isn't doomed yet.  both had terrible launches, both relied on ports and remakes at first, and it looks like once the WiiU changes its fortunes this holiday seasons, both with rebound and kick ass.
