No way in hell. It's the most basic of jobs. maybe raise it to $8 or even $8.50 but $15 is fucking outrageous. It's really just the leeches in our system that expect to make a decent living with no experience, no education, no nothing. They hate having to work their way up the company/job and want that instant gratification. Apparently food stamps, payed by tax payers, ain't enough.
