It doesn't. PS4 still more powerful than Xbone regardless if its 1.6 (as breakdowns/rumors from sites that got a lot of other info 100% right all point to) or its this 1.9 guesstimate.

how doesn't it change anything just because ps4 is still more powerful? my pc is weaker as the pc of permalite but i still benefit from overclocking my rig or putting something in it which is little bit better as what i have right now.
