That is on the cards "we're working non-stop on JRPGVita" That came from Shadid ahmad, the guy dealing with 3rd parties.

I know about the #jrpgvita by Shahid but I have my doubts they are putting out any cash for localization. Its more like trying to convince developers to do it themselves. Otherwise, localization news would have been announced already.
