15 million is not selling at all?

Is this what happens when you become loyal to a company? Just say extremely inept things? Lol, no thank you. I prefer to live in reality.

You're a bit quick to start dismissing people as delusional fanboys. Wasn't there not a ton of PR twist behind that number?  Because there are 3 components- ps eye (available from 2007), move controller and the navigator, what does that number account for. Also most people would have bought 2 move controllers seeing as its core titles were multiplayer games, so  already that number is looking less impressive.

A good indicator of how a peripheral sells is  through looking at the sales of the most heavily bundled and marketed software.

PS sports champions: 3.53m

Kinect adventures: 20m

Wii sports resort: 31m

Not sure if serious.

The dude said the move did not sell "at all." And you're telling me that I'm in the wrong for explaining why that type of comment is utter shit? Wow...

Futhermore, take the heaviest bundled PS3 game and it doesn't exceed 12% of total units so I have no idea why you think bringing that up means anything at all. Pretending to know something you don't is not conducive to an unbiased analysis.

I'm sure there was plenty of PR in that number, so cut it in half for all I care. Is 7.5 million units "not selling at all?"

I think you understand where I'm going with this. If you don't, you are beyond help.

Dude, did no one hug you as a child? You're in the wrong for responding in such a brash, insulting mannor; dismissing him as some deluded fanboy. The popular consensus is that the Move didn't sell a lot. If what you mean to say is that the move isn't the failure people make it out to be, I'd agree (look at my post, i never agreed with him) but its understandable why someone might assume it to be a failure because much of the software failed and even those decent numbers you presented are obviously misleading. If we agree the 15m is most probably twisted somehwat, I brought up the software sales of the most bundled game becuase that is usaually a strong indication of where the truth lays.

Anyway the main point of his arguement was that bundled peripherals garuntee better support. And he's of course right, lets not get caught up in a regressive MS vs Sony thing.
