I agree with that. 

I really do not forsee PS4's America lead lasting very long. M$ has cemented themselves as the dominate brand there and once Xbone's pricepoint is on par with the PS4 and becomes more affordable, it will eventually surpass it's sales. The rest of your predictions however seem pretty spot on (Europe I'd predict 2 to 1).
