Without the Blu-ray, and with smaller manufacturing in a couple of years, I wouldn't be surprised if it could be about half the size. Like about as wide as a Kinect, but just as long as the device is now. 

I didn't realize, but this could be something they actually make.  If GameStop (and others) could start selling digital vouchers, they could keep their retailers happy. And why not just at 2 terabyte drive while they are at it.  Instantly switch to all your games, as it is an all digital device.  I am really starting to like this idea.

Would you want a white Kinect too? or is Black Ok?

Or would you rather have a LE Halo 6 Xbox One in whatever colours and designs that game ends up being?

the disk was a good idea for quick installs.  maybe sell a cheap bluray drive for people that want to install faster.

Well, the thing is, I do not have the fastest internet speed, but I bet right now it's quicker to download a game, than get into my car, drive up to gamestop, park, buy the game, and drive back.  Or at worse close to about the same for most game. 

Plus with the new systesm, you only need to download a little before you can start playing.  Then download the rest when you are asleep/at work, or possibly playing.  As internet speed get upgraded, I can see how it would be useful to just drop the disk.  But you would need to make sure the market understands, or you would have some mighty cranky people when friends bring over their disk based games.
