Why Announce Wii U Price Drop Now?

It worked for the 3DS in 2011. They strongly believe it will work for the WiiU. It's funny how this almost mimicks the 3DS pricedrop. We'll soon see if it works again.

I'm not saying its not gonna work, it will no doubt increase Wii U sales, but I think there was a better way to execute it.
