Respawn isn't making the Xbox 360 version, someone else is. There's no telling how it will pan out.
So that leaves the Xbone as the one MS will market as "made by the guys who brought you CoD4: Modern Warfare. And that alone will push a ton of copies. Plus I think people are really starting to tire of what CoD has become. People can reduce Titanfall to "CoD with mechs" all they want, but that couldn't be further from accurate. There's no Halo, there's no Gears. Battlefield 4 just looks like Battlefield 3.5, and Ghosts doesn't look all that next gen. So there is a spot there for a new and exciting shooter to break in, kind of like Gears did this gen.

It could really push a lot of hardware. It took one year for there to be a real "next gen" game after the 360 launched imho and it was Gears. This will be that game for the Xbox One.
