I'm worried about the naming. It'll be confusing, it sounds like a predecessor to 3DS so if my kids already have a DS then is that the same thing then? That'll be how the uneducated public will think as I'd bet many don't realize the 3DS isn't merely a DS with added 3D anyway.
That aside, at $130 I can see a lot more people getting this for their kids. 20m? Not confident on that though.
