that's why most RTS/Management/building games want kinect integration because the pad doesn't work well or is limited

I doubt Kinnect 2.0 will be good enough to do that. Sure they have improved it, but I think that even a pad would be better to manage the building tools (not the menus) than Kinnect.

But if like selnor said you can use keyboard+mouse, no one can beat that.

multiplayer is an essential component of bulding games.... and you go faster with exchange of animals to bread...

That's more a personal opinion, and that's why I said that those were my thoughts.I'm more of a single player guy, so all of this online aspects are useless to me.
