| pokoko said: You're really going after the Vita, aren't you? I don't know what will happen in Europe but a price cut without an advertising push rarely does anything by itself. In the US, no one knows about it. In Japan, the price cut was timed near the release of several games, which came with a lot of advertising. A better barometer will be how well the Vita does when Killzone and Tearaway release--assuming they coincide with an advertising campaign. As for "saved"--which is a silly term to use with hardware--a boost could happen at any time. These "if it doesn't improve by X event" threads are going to keep repeating over and over, with the event in question continuously moving backwards. It's already tiresome. |
not going after it, i made a thread on Predictions and most of every1 here said under 20k in its first price cut week(Vita). I kno japan had it good with Soul Sacrifice and Phatasy Star Online 2, but to me a $50+$100 price drop should increase vita at least in US to around 35k-40k! 3DS went from 11k to 52k(price cut with 2 days that week) then up again to 90k with out any releases. Sony needs to not rely on just it being a PS4 accessory or a indie handheld. Unless you think otherwise?
