Uniform... hUMA means Heterogeneous Uniform Memory Access.

MS says it uses coherence shared memory... Non-Uniform Memory Access (NUMA) is coherence shared memory too... you can't say it is hUMA.

You can be right but nothing says that for now.

 

We won't know for a long time perhaps but MS really put a lot of brainpower in this design, for sure. No matter what you call it, both seem to do mostly the same.
