It's about 75% physical, 25% digital. I prefer having physical releases, I hate buying full digital games for some reason as I prefer being able to see my entire collection on my shelf (silly reason, I know). There's also the problem of memory card space which is already being occupied by PS1 / PSP games and media. I'll still get digital games if they're on PS Plus though alongside the PSN and Indie games.
