This is hard.
Nintendo would have some decent 1st party games and would probably end up getting most 3rd party JRPGs, especially on 3DS, but it would lack the Western 3rd party support.
Xbox would have the Western 3rd party support, but 1st party and Japanese offerings would be weak and their policies are anti-consumer.
PC would also have the same 3rd party support as Xbox as well as lots of Indie titles and classic games, but Japanese offerings will also be very weak, I dislike mouse and keyboard and I find the PC experience very unrefined compared to consoles.
I would go to Nintendo and PC. PC isn't a console, so it doesn't count.
