I don't think it will sell a lot lifetime, but do I think it will be profitable? Absolutely. But Nintendo doesn't need profitable right now. They need system sellers. They need momentum. Although they started that now with Pikmin 3, the Wonderful 101 will be a big damper on their momentum if they don't start advertising. And real advertising. Not stupid Nintendo Directs that only expose the game to the people who already have the thing pre-ordered.

How can having one more (exclusive, interesting) game on their platform possibly be a damper or hurt them in any way? No, W101 is not a "system seller". Few games on any console honestly are, all by themselves. BUT, having one more quality title on your console, that people can't get on any OTHER console, that can't possibly be anything but a good thing. And it's sales have a better chance if actual "system sellers" like Wind Waker HD (which a lot of people I've talked to seem to have a pretty high interest in getting), like DK, like Mario, like Wii Fit, really do help pull the Wii U's sales out of the trenches and back up to some kind of healthy average. More people owning the console = more chance that people will pick up games for Wii U, period.
