Kamiya took his frustration to Twitter, saying the company has spent a substantial amount more on Wonderful 101 than they did to make the first Bayonetta title.


That was before they gave him a fully dedicated Nintendo direct. But what he says about the cost of the game is worrying. It seems like Nintendo doesnt believe they will see returns.

Yeah thats the part I was trying to push was the cost, Considering Bayonetta sold nearly 2million across both platforms they would be wanting this to do probably around 2.5 million on the WiiU if this cost 1.5 times the amount of Bayonetta. First week Japan is looking like it sold around 10k which one put it in the area of one of the biggest flops of all time. Even less than Killer is Dead which was considered a HUGE failure.
