Indeed, thats why I said 1 out of 3 wii u owners probably have a ps3 or 360.  That is a lot.  I have worked in retail, i have looked at stats on household numbers and stuff like that.  Im not shooting in the dark here.  It is a somewhat educated guess.  Now i havent worked in retail for a few years, so i dont know hard numbers now or what the wii u numbers are, but i would be incredibly surprised if they were higher than what I said.  The actual number of wii u iwners that also have a ps3 or 360 is probably more like 1 out of 5, but Im being generous for the sake of argument.  

For the sake of argument, let's assume 1 in 3, as you say.

Given GTA5's enormous appeal, that's still going to mean a big chunk of that third will be more inclined to spend money on GTA5 than W101.

Meh, this argument is circular and going nowhere.  I belive history would show that big releases on other systems dont really impact nintendo games.  You can look it up if you dont believe me, but for now lets just agree to disagree.
