I think type 0 will eventually come out. Like Final Fantasy II and Final Fantasy III (I think those were the ones not brought over) eventually did. Maybe in like 10 years though. There is a fan patch, and I think for a game this popular it will be successful.
HL3, I think valve has no intention of making it which is irritating, otherwise they would have.
Last Guardian and Agent, I don't think will come out.
FFVII HD, wasn't ever announced, nor was it left at a complete cliff hanger like HL2:Episode 2, nor was there promised to be an episode 3 (like HL). I don't really include that in the same list.
