Hands free WoW with the old version
It's arguable if it is really mind control since they're using facial movements as inputs.
It won't be included with any console any time soon. The insight may be prettier and faster, but you'll still need to train yourself to be able make any good use of it. Might be good as a yoga or meditation accesory.
