So we can't compare by software units, but we can by value.

Sweden: $373m (Pop. 9.2m)
Finland: $123m (Pop. 5.3m)
Norway: $114m (Pop. 4.7m)

Total: $610m (Pop. 19.2m)

It would be tempting to assume Norwegian software units would be similar to Finland, but I would expect software is more expensive in Norway, so Norwegian units might be quite a bit lower than the value suggests.

Still need Danish 2007 figures for a full Scandinavian analysis.
