Yeah, what does that mean?

My first thought was that no one will translate the previous guys statement, but they will his.  So, above you see the question of "Do you want to comment?" and him later saying "Yes".

Regardless, it leaves ambiguous as to what he's commenting on.

All I see is a guy commenting "The emoticon is a recent boom?? (Lol)" and yosp replying yes.
