Yeah, a lot of people were very skeptical of Luigi's chances. I don't think I made a formal prediction in that thread, and I don't remember how I generally thought it would sell, but it's clear now that it'll be one of the best-selling 3DS games this year. It has already practically doubled the original game's sales in Japan, and it's close to beating its European sales, too. The long-term challenge of beating the original's North American sales will be fun to watch.
