heck no.. fifa football was based on Fifa 11.. Fifa 12, 13 and probably 14 are way better.. they should add mechanics from the console games to the Vita version every year... there is no reason why they keep improving the base on the console version and not the handheld version besides sheer laziness and a quick buck.. heck they also keep improving the base on the iOS version every year.
