BF4 has dedicated servers on all consoles, not just Xbox.

In fact I'm pretty sure even Bad Company 2 and BF3 already have dedicated servers.

That was private hosting which you had to pay out of your own pocket or someone else had to pay I should say.  I am talking about free dedicated servers which is something totally different.
