Beats me, I don't follow everyone's tweets, PSblog posts, surveys, etc... However, one came out being what consumers wanted while the other had to adjust their policies to the match the other. That says it all.

I don't fully understand the point of your question. Is it to say we didn't know exactly what the PS4 would have? If so, of course they didn't, but obviously they listened throughout the years and sculpted it based on surveys, tweets, PSblog posts, etc... While the other only cared to move things in a direction most beneficial to to themselves.

yes, I am saying that I found the initial XBone to be very anticonsumer. Many others did as well, hence the backlash they got.
