I'd say Phantom Hourglass, with two runners up, Kirby Canvas Curse and Elite Beat Agents, all three for the great stylus gameplay...
Mario Kart DS and New Super Mario Bros are great games too, but not so original...
"A beautiful drawing in 480i will stay beautiful forever...
