No, you misunderstand. Every time a Nintendo console doesn't get a game (or gets an inferior version) it is the fault of the developer / publisher / everyone apart from Nintendo. And the only way to fix this is to focus the blame on them and make sure none ever touches Nintendo.

Heaven forbid there be any kind of grey area.
